TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction This website and all services are owned and operated by USFAB. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accepting any quotation, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services USFAB provides fabrication-related services including, but not limited to: CNC cuttingLaser / plasma cuttingBending and forming Welding Assembly and fabrication. All services are carried out based on client-provided specifications, drawings, or instructions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities All files, drawings, and specifications supplied by the client must be accurate, complete, and production-ready.USFAB is not responsible for errors in client-supplied files or designs.It is the client’s responsibility to verify all dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements before submission.

4. File Preparation & Modifications Files must comply with USFAB’s required formats and technical standards.Should files require corrections, redrawing, or optimization:These changes will be billed at an hourly rate (or part thereof).Any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete files may affect delivery timelines.

5. Bending, Welding & Assembly Fabrication processes such as bending, welding, and assembly are subject to industry tolerances and practical limitations. Minor variations in: Angles Dimensions Weld finishes may occur and are considered acceptable within standard fabrication practices.Unless specified:Welds are functional, not cosmeticFinishing (e.g. grinding, polishing, coating) is not included

6. Tolerances & Fitment All manufactured parts are subject to reasonable production tolerances. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure: Proper fitment in final application Allowances for fabrication processesUSFAB will not be liable for assembly or fitment issues resulting from design limitations.

7. Errors, Damages & Remedies If USFAB makes an error in cutting, bending, welding, or assembly: We will rectify the issue by reworking or remanufacturing the affected components. Liability is limited to: The value of the work performed USFAB is not liable for indirect losses, including:Project delaysLoss of profitThird-party costs

8. Client Approval & Liability Once a quotation is accepted, the client agrees to proceed based on the provided specifications. If the final product is deemed incorrect due to client-provided information, the client remains liable for full payment.

9. Pricing & Quotations All quotations are:Based on the information provided at the timeValid for a limited period (unless stated otherwise) Changes to scope, design, or materials may result in revised pricing.

10. Payment Terms Full payment is required prior to collection or delivery, unless otherwise agreed.USFAB reserves the right to:Withhold release of goods until payment is received

11. Lead Times & Delivery Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on:WorkloadMaterial availabilityComplexity of the jobUSFAB is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

12. Collection & Risk All goods must be inspected upon collection.Once collected or delivered:Risk transfers to the client

13. Cancellations & Refunds Orders already in production cannot be cancelled without cost.Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

15. General USFAB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
